Mold Investigations/Testing.  Mold investigations and testing may include a full IAQ assessment, inspection, moisture assessment, air sampling, and report. All information collected is confidential; reports and sample results are delivered timely.

Clearance Testing & PRV.  AQTS provides post remediation verification and clearance testing to verify that remediation work is complete. We use only AIHA accredited labs and deliver timely results.

IAQ Assessments.  We conduct Indoor Air Quality assessments in new and old construction, both residential and commercial buildings to evaluate the quality of the air you breathe. We can test for numerous gases and other indoor contaminants.

IR Thermography. Infrared Thermal imaging has become a staple for moisture mapping and assessment after a water incursion event. Using this technology, we can find the “smart” water and reduce the possibility of microbial growth on wet materials that may have previously gone undetected.

VOC/mVOC Testing.  TO-15 collection and analysis affords the best approach to the isolation and identification of volatile organic compounds. Odor-causing compounds simply may not be seen with other techniques. We can identify 63 EPA regulated compounds and many other tentatively identified compounds.

LEED IAQ Assessments.  AQTS can test for TVOCs, Carbon Monoxide (CO), Particulates (PM10), and Formaldehyde (HCHO), and numerous other gases and compounds. Don’t miss out on an extra LEED credit for your new construction project.
